CASSEROLLERS

Maize's beef bacon casserole. 
Ingredients: all are organic
1lb 95% lean beef
1 lb pepper bacon
.5 lb mild cheddar cheese
mixed veggies, corn/peas/carrots
1 can cream of chicken soup
large bag of tator tots
Siracha and Spices to your taste.

Chop bacon, add to beef in pan and cook till bacon is cooked to your liking.
I add garlic, pepper and salt for flavor. Drain the liquid in the pan and cook for 2 more min.  
Place cooked bacon and beef in a greased baking pan.
Now make a layer of veggies on top of the meat.
Next add your cheese.
For the soup layer, i mix Siracha in with it and than pour over the cheese layer.
Finally finish with tator tots on top.
Cover with foil and cook at 400 degrees for 40 min, 
than cook for 10-15 min uncovered to brown the tots.
Remove from oven and let cool a little and enjoy!
